Brian Roorda

The energy of the band starts with this guy. Always moving (mostly due to his classic case of A.D.H.D.) Brian plays guitar and belts out the vocals with the best of them. A very talented individual, Brian has been working the music for many years and has contributed significantly to the bands original material – influenced by such bands as the Beatles, the Cure, Depeche Mode, B52’s, etc. etc. Having trouble trying to grow up, the 80's have always been his favorite time in music.

Bri enjoys many forms of music, including Rock, Classical, Jazz, and the Blues. His main vocal influences are Lennon and McCartney, Nat King Cole, and Frank Sinatra. With a true love of the Acoustic Guitar, he has built up a nice collection from his daily driver Martin D-19, to his Ibanez Traveler he picked up at a flea market in Munich. In his spare time, he is a Staff Sergeant in the Canadian Auxiliaries 4th Parachute Battalion, 'Z' Company where he enjoys Parachuting and training with paratroopers from around the world. He has two daughters, and lives in the Kalamazoo area.

Brian has considered running for President of the United States and would like to someday be remembered for his extensive duct tape collection.
